Shipping Rates
Cookie orders can be shipped via NZ Post to any NON-rural address NZwide, with flat rate shipping of $15.00. You will see the relevant charges before your payment is required at checkout.
We do NOT ship Internationally!
Order Processing
All In stock items are normally aimed to dispatch within 5 working days of your order being received online, however we have received an unprecedented number of orders over festive periods, meaning there might be a delay in processing your order. An email will be sent to you as soon as your order has been collected from NZ Post.
Any custom-made item will be shipped 5 days prior to your selected date to assure it will arrive in time of your event.

Order Tracking
You will receive an email once your order is dispatched containing a tracking number that you can use to track the progress of your delivery.
Shipping Time & Delays
Once we have handed your parcel over to NZ Post, there is limited information we can provide beyond the tracking details for you to follow your parcel.
Orders will be shipped via overnight courier but please allow 2/3 days before contacting us or NZ Post
Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide, please go to NZ Post website for details of their shipping times.
Please expect longer delivery times in peak periods such as the Christmas period.
Considering recent developments relating to COVID-19, please note that our carrier is currently experiencing processing and delivery delays, up to double their normal delivery times, meaning your order will take longer than usual to reach you.
Local deliveries
We can deliver our Cakes and custom treats to our Auckland clients within 25km radius.
Delivery is complimentary for any order over $600, otherwise delivery fee is $50.00
Delivery times cannot be guaranteed; however, we will endeavour to meet customer requirements.
If the suburb you would like your cake delivered to is within the 25km ratio, please contact us at
info@anabatescakes.co.nz . We may or may not be able to deliver to your area.
Local Pick up
We also offer free collection from our Te Atatu Peninsula address.
Please note that we have a home registered business so collections can only be arranged by appointment.
Once you have completed your online order, our full address will be sent to you, and we will be in touch to arrange a collection time that suits.

Please note that we can NOT take responsibility for any damage after your order has been delivered or picked up.
