Since all our products are edible, we do NOT accept returns.

Damages and issues

We do NOT take any responsibility for any damage caused after we have delivered your order or after you have collected it.

Unfortunately we can NOT take any responsibility for damages caused during shipping, but we can assure our clients that cookies are carefully packed to prevent damages.

Refunds

All deposits are NON refundable EXCEPT if you have to cancel your event due to government restrictions, COVID-19 LEVEL 4 and LEVEL 3 ONLY - if that's the case, please contact us at cake@anabatescakes.com
