JUNGLE ANIMALS cake & cookie decorating class

Date: Tuesday, 18th of April 2023

Venue: Te Atatu Tennis Club (club room/upstairs)

580 Te Atatu Road, Te Atatu Peninsula

(Behind “Hammer Hardware” shop)

Time: 9am till 3pm

Suitable for 9years old and over

What you or/and your child will learn:

This time I will be teaching how to decorate a cake - we will be using a dummy cake (already covered) and kids will learn how to create a handmade and edible 3D topper for their cakes as well as fondant background details to match the class theme.

I will also be teaching the basics of how to decorate cookies with fondant as well as few advanced techniques that can be used with very little material and lots of creativity. I will be teaching at least 8 different designs of cookies and everyone will be able to take home all their creations.

What to bring:
I will be providing all the material needed for this class and each student will have their small workstation.
Please remember your kids to bring a drink bottle, snacks and a packed lunchbox.

Timetable:
I will be at the club from 8:30am and class will start 9am. It would be great if kids could get there at least 10 minutes before the class start.
There will be a 15/20 min break at about 11am for a snack if they wish and a lunch break between 1pm-1:30pm.
The class will finish at 3pm.

IMPORTANT:
Please let me know if your child has any medical condition and your best contact number.
It is especially important that if your child is sick or presenting any cold or flu symptoms, that they don’t come to the class

Please note there is limited spots available in each class and in order to secure your child’s spot, a full payment is required.
